Frequently asked questions

I’m afraid I’m going to hear something bad.

This is likely a result of seeing Tarot portrayed badly in a movie or thinking Tarot is somehow going to tell you your future that is set in stone. Let me put your mind at rest - Tarot is a guide. It offers glimpses of insight that can lead to enlightenment. I use the cards meaning, imagery, along with my intuition to best interpret messages related to your question. Placement of the cards, as well as the card layout, play an important part of any reading. The information shared during a reading should never leave you feeling like you have no control over your life. You should leave a session feeling empowered and more aware.

What if I don’t have a specific question to ask?

Tarot is excellent if you are looking for insight into a specific part of your life, challenged with a decision, or wanting to better understand yourself. When you really aren’t sure what you’d like to ask, I recommend asking “what do I need to know right now?” This way, the aspect of your life that is most needing insight, would shine through.

Can I ask questions about other people?

Tarot respects and honours personal boundaries. I doubt that you would want someone to ask a Tarot reader about you. So, let’s say you are really wanting to know if your current boyfriend loves you; a better question to ask would be “will my relationship bring me happiness?” I will be tapping into your energy, your guides and your higher self. The focus of a reading is for you to gain better understanding about you and your current situation.

Are there different readings other than asking a question?

Yes! There are many different types of readings available. I am able to look at things like: a year at a glance, a message from a guide, an akashic record highlight, a relationship spread, your soul purpose etc. I also offer a more in-depth coaching series that really helps you to take a look at where you are, and possible insights into how to get to where you really want to get to.

I would be more than happy to discuss any questions you may have prior to booking with me.
